University Modular Homes or UniMods are a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to traditional student living. Inspired by the Tiny Home concept and efficiency, UniMods provide students with a unique place to call home, more affordable than a dorm room and more private than a typical apartment. The 3 bedrooms and 1 bath UniMods comes fully furnished with kitchen, living room and washer and dryer, so no more trips to the laundromat! Each UniMod community will have a common outdoor area with fun activities, such as volleyball, corn hole, fire pits, spike ball, bocce ball and art space to share with fellow college UniMod residents.
