What are the benefits of hiring an outside consultant

Our goal at GPI Realty Advisors is to allow our clients to step away from the day to day oversight of their real estate assets. Because of our experience and due diligence, our clients can focus more on their core businesses and other interests.

What is the difference between an asset manager and a property manager?

Asset Managers and Property Managers both play an important but separate role when it comes to the operations of your property. Property Managers typically oversee the day to day operations such as collection rent, payment of operating expenses, financial reporting and preparation of annual operating budgets. Asset Managers are responsible for formulating and implementing the strategic management, leasing, and potential disposition plans for each property. The asset manager also forecasts monthly cash flow and owner distributions, plus works directly with the property’s leasing team to set market rents and negotiate lease transactions with tenants.

Does GPI Realty Advisors oversee out of state properties?

Yes, whether you are in state, out of state or even out of the country we can manage your realty assets.

Does GPI Realty Advisors use in-house property managers and leasing agents to oversee properties?

▪ GPI Realty does not use an one size fits all approach. We will hire the best management and leasing teams based on the geographic location and product type of the asset. If you prefer us to use your current property management team, we can continue that relationship as well.
