Annual Management Fee: We typically charge a 2% annual fund management fee. This helps us create the funds, operate and provide results for investors.
Performance Based: Other than the management fee, we only get paid if we are performing. We have a preferred rate between 8 and 10% that we need to achieve for our investors prior to us participating in any of the profits.
