You can also browse our financial projections, information about the area the project is located at and additional memorandums. At this point you will also have the option to be contacted by one of our agents with more specific questions.
From here you can invest in one fund, or create an online real estate portfolio by investing in all of the funds we have available. Everything is right there on the site, so once you’ve decided which investments make the most sense for you, click on a button and commit the dollar amount you’d like to invest (10k minimum),read all of the legal documents and sign those docs online too. Once you have invested, there will be a unique investor room created just for you, which you can access to check in on performance at anytime.
